Acid secretion

Naturally possessed by Cushing, who was shot dead by Devin. (Trust Issues, Part 1)

Alejandro's ability

Naturally possessed by Alejandro. (Lizards)

• Alejandro was murdered by Sylar (Truth & Consequences)

Appearance alteration

Naturally possessed by Connie (Faces, Part 1)

• Connie was killed (Into the Wild, Part 3)

Aura absorption

Naturally possessed by Linda Tavara (Moonlight Serenade)

• Linda was killed in self defense by Linderman (War Buddies, Part 7)

Bliss and horror

Naturally possessed by Guillame, who committed suicide (It Takes a Village)

Cloning

Naturally possessed by Evan (Revolutionary War, Part 2)

• Presumed to have died Ca. 1827 1

Naturally possessed by Julien Dumont (Root and Branch, Part 1)

• Julien was shot dead by Bianca Karina (Into the Wild, Part 3)

Constriction

Naturally possessed by the Constrictor

• The Constrictor was killed by sound by Echo (Going Postal)

Dehydration

Naturally possessed by Fusor's accomplice, who was forced to use her ability on herself, killing her. (Golden Handshake) 2

Disintegration touch

Naturally possessed by Felicia Brooks (Donna's Big Date, Part 2), who died in a battle (Into the Wild, Part 3)

Electronic communication

Naturally possessed by Hana Gitelman (Wireless, Part 2)

• Her body burned in the atmosphere above earth (The Death of Hana Gitelman), while her consciousness lived for a while longer before being destroyed during her and Drucker's attack on the Company's mainframe (The End of Hana and Drucker)

Naturally possessed by Richard Drucker

• His body presumed dead in 1992, his consciousness was destroyed with Hana's (The End of Hana and Drucker)

Empathic mimicry

Naturally possessed by Peter (Don't Look Back)

• Arthur stole this power from him. (Dying of the Light)
  • Arthur was killed. (Our Father)

• Note: Peter injected himself with an ability granting serum (Dual). He may have regained his native ability

Enhanced hearing

Naturally possessed by Dale Smither

• It was stolen from her by Sylar (Unexpected), who in turn lost it ability due to the Shanti virus (Kindred) CBR

Enhanced memory

Naturally possessed by Charlie Andrews (Seven Minutes to Midnight)

• It was stolen from her by Sylar (Seven Minutes to Midnight), who in turn lost it ability due to the Shanti virus (Kindred) CBR

Naturally possessed by Matt Neuenberg (The Man with Too Much Brains)

• Matt was killed by a Company device designed to remove information from his brain (The End of Hana and Drucker)

Induced radioactivity

Naturally possessed by Ted. (Nothing to Hide)

• This ability was mimicked from him by Peter. (The Hard Part)
  • Arthur stole this power from him. (Dying of the Light)
    • Arthur was killed. (Our Father)
• It was stolen from him by Sylar (Landslide), who in turn lost this ability due to the Shanti virus. (CBR 9/30/08)

Precognition

Naturally possessed by Isaac. (Genesis)

• This ability was mimicked from him by Peter. (Don't Look Back)
  • Arthur, Peter's father, stole this power from him. (Dying of the Light)
    • Arthur was killed. (Our Father)
• It was stolen from him by Sylar (.07%), who in turn lost this ability due to the Shanti virus (CBR 9/30/08).

Naturally possessed by Usutu (I Am Become Death)

• Usutu was beheaded by Arthur. (Villains)

Space-time manipulation

Naturally posessed by Hiro. (Genesis)

• This ability was mimicked from a future version of Hiro by Peter.(Dying of the Light)
  • Arthur stole this power from Peter. (Dying of the Light)
• Arthur stole this power from Hiro, despite already having it, in order to strand Hiro in the past.
  • Arthur was killed. (Our Father)

Notes

¹ Since Evan did not posses Rapid cell regeneration, it is assumed that he was bound by a normal human lifespan of about 70 years. Assuming he was 30 years old in 1777, when he was last seen, he died Ca. 1827
² In an interview, the writers of Golden Handshake noted that the Graphic novel series depicts falsified information.

^CBR In the September 30, 2008 edition of Comic Book Resources' Behind the Eclipse, writers Joe Pokaski and Aron Coliete stated that Sylar's bout with the Shanti virus caused him to loose, telekinesis aside, all of the abilities that he acquired before his infection.
