This wiki is a XML full dump clone of "Heroes Wiki", the main wiki about the Heroes saga that has been shut down permanently since June 1, 2020. The purpose of this wiki is to keep online an exhaustive and accurate database about the franchise.

- If you're interested in learning about IP blocking, this may help you. IP banning is part of the Special:BlockIP form which only administrators can view, so I'm not sure how Admin has configured it here, but I do know the default allows you to leave a checkmark that blocks the last ip of a blocked username and autoblocks any subsequent IPs the user tries to edit from. Also, there's normally a link at the bottom to the other special pages that show the history of what is blocked and why.--MiamiVolts (talk) 00:52, 29 November 2008 (EST)
- Yeah, I know how to do IP blocking...I don't know how to find out the IP address. Once I have the address, I can block the IP no problem. I've done it in the past by using my wife's blog, which records all the IP addresses that visit the blog. However, TEN seems to have stopped visiting my wife's blog (thank goodness--she has nothing to do with stuff that happens on the wiki, and it's not fair for her--or my kids--to see the messages he's left there), so I can't figure out what IP he's coming from.
