Space-time manipulation is the ability to alter the space-time continuum. A full list of examples of the power in action follows.
Season One Examples
- Hiro stops the second hand on his clock, then makes it go back one second. (Genesis)
- Hiro may be responsible for making a subway late. (Genesis)
- Hiro reportedly teleports himself from the seating area to the ladies' room of a karaoke bar. (Genesis)
- Hiro teleports himself from Tokyo to New York City, arriving five weeks in the future. He later teleports himself back, narrowly avoiding a huge explosion. (Genesis, Don't Look Back)
- Hiro stops time to rescue a young girl from a traffic accident. (One Giant Leap)

Season Two Examples
- Hiro freezes time in Kyoto to save Takezo Kensei from arrows, then teleports him and his horse to safety. (Four Months Later...)
- Hiro freezes time (presumably) and steals the weapons of Whitebeard's men during the Battle of Twelve Swords. Later, Hiro teleports away from Yaeko under the cherry blossoms. (Lizards)
- Hiro teleports around a log. Later, he teleports himself and Takezo Kensei to the Hidden Fortress and Hiro teleports away. (Kindred)
- Hiro manages to teleport himself and Yaeko away from Whitebeard's camp after being shot at by Whitebeard himself. They appear in a field, and, after expressing love for one-another, attempt to kiss. Hiro stops time, worries about a rift, and lets time continue. (The Line)
- Peter, while hugging Caitlin, accidentally time travels from Montreal to Times Square, appearing on June 14th, 2008. (The Line)
- Hiro teleports himself, Yaeko and the swordsmith out of their tent and into the forest. Later, Hiro teleports to Whitebeard's camp to destroy the guns, then teleports to safety right before it explodes. (Out of Time)
- Hiro teleports back to the present. (Out of Time)
- Peter teleports from the future back to Montreal in the present day. (Out of Time)
- Hiro teleports back to the rooftop where his father Kaito is murdered. (Cautionary Tales)
- Hiro teleports his father and himself to 1990, during his mother's funeral. (Cautionary Tales)
- Hiro teleports himself and Kaito back to the rooftop. (Cautionary Tales)
- Hiro apparently teleports forward in time, but changes his location rather than time. Just as his father is pushed over the edge, Hiro freezes time and views the killer, who turns out to be Adam Monroe. (Cautionary Tales)
- Hiro returns to 2007 and his father's funeral. (Cautionary Tales)
- Hiro travels to Primatech Research on November 2, 1977, and later teleports to Primatech Paper to stop Adam from releasing the Shanti virus. When Hiro arrives at the paper company, he runs into Peter, who is unaffected to Hiro's time freeze. (Truth & Consequences)
- In Primatech Paper Co., Hiro and Peter are still unfrozen in time. After his first failed attempt to attack Peter, Hiro teleports, and reappears behind Peter with his sword to Peter's neck. (Powerless)
- Later, after Peter opens the Company's vault, Hiro teleports before Adam and Peter, but is thrown to the wall by Peter's telekinesis. After reawakening, Hiro teleports into the vault, and confronts Adam. He takes Adam to a place where he can never hurt anyone again, leaving him buried alive in a coffin at Aoyama Cemetery. - After a battle in front of a bridge with an army of Julien clones, Manuel Garcia fades away. (Into the Wild, Part 3)
Season Three Examples
