Space-time manipulation is the ability to alter the space-time continuum. A full list of examples of the power in action follows.

Season One

Hiro enters Burnt Toast Diner... ...with a Japanese newspaper (presumably from Japan). Hiro stops time to get Charlie a bouquet of flowers. Hiro stops time to make a thousand paper cranes for Charlie. Hiro accidentally arrives back in the present in Tokyo... ...desperately tries to get back, but is unsuccessful. At the Museum of Natural History, Hiro only manages to slow time down, but is still able to take a sword. At the moment Hope shoots her gun, Hiro stops time... ...then causes time to move backwards for Hope's bullet. Peter mimics Hiro's power and stops time to avoid fired taser leads. Hiro calmly puts his hands on Ando's shoulder... ...so they can teleport out of Linderman's archives... ...and into a demolished New York City. Future Hiro concentrates really hard... ...to travel back in time five years. Future Hiro and Ando teleport from New York to Las Vegas. Peter stops time to outmaneuver Matt Parkman's team... ...and touches Ando and Future Hiro and teleports them away from danger. At the Moab Federal Penitentiary, Hiro and Peter take advantage of their powers... ...to release about 200 prisoners. Hiro and Ando escape Sylar's grasp. Season Two

Hiro freezes time in Kyoto to save Takezo Kensei from arrows, then teleports him and his horse to safety. (Four Months Later...) Hiro freezes time (presumably) and steals the weapons of Whitebeard's men during the Battle of Twelve Swords. Later, Hiro teleports away from Yaeko under the cherry blossoms. (Lizards) Hiro teleports around a log. Later, he teleports himself and Takezo Kensei to the Hidden Fortress and Hiro teleports away. (Kindred) Hiro manages to teleport himself and Yaeko away from Whitebeard's camp after being shot at by Whitebeard himself. They appear in a field, and, after expressing love for one-another, attempt to kiss. Hiro stops time, worries about a rift, and lets time continue. (The Line) Peter, while hugging Caitlin, accidentally time travels from Montreal to Times Square, appearing on June 14th, 2008. (The Line) Hiro teleports himself, Yaeko and the swordsmith out of their tent and into the forest. Later, Hiro teleports to Whitebeard's camp to destroy the guns, then teleports to safety right before it explodes. (Out of Time) Hiro teleports back to the present. (Out of Time) Peter teleports from the future back to Montreal in the present day. (Out of Time) Hiro teleports back to the rooftop where his father Kaito is murdered. (Cautionary Tales) Hiro teleports his father and himself to 1990, during his mother's funeral. (Cautionary Tales) Hiro teleports himself and Kaito back to the rooftop. (Cautionary Tales) Hiro apparently teleports forward in time, but changes his location rather than time. Just as his father is pushed over the edge, Hiro freezes time and views the killer, who turns out to be Adam Monroe. (Cautionary Tales) Hiro returns to 2007 and his father's funeral. (Cautionary Tales) Hiro travels to Primatech Research on November 2, 1977, and later teleports to Primatech Paper to stop Adam from releasing the Shanti virus. When Hiro arrives at the paper company, he runs into Peter, who is unaffected to Hiro's time freeze. (Truth & Consequences) In Primatech Paper Co., Hiro and Peter are still unfrozen in time. After his first failed attempt to attack Peter, Hiro teleports, and reappears behind Peter with his sword to Peter's neck. (Powerless) Later, after Peter opens the Company's vault, Hiro teleports before Adam and Peter, but is thrown to the wall by Peter's telekinesis. After reawakening, Hiro teleports into the vault, and confronts Adam. He takes Adam to a place where he can never hurt anyone again, leaving him buried alive in a coffin at Aoyama Cemetery. (Powerless) After a battle in front of a bridge with an army of Julien clones, Manuel Garcia fades away. (Into the Wild, Part 3) Hiro stops time and narrowly escapes a barrage. Hiro teleports fake Kensei... ...away from danger. Hiro shows Kensei his ability... ...then takes his hero to a Hidden Fortress. Hiro saves Yaeko from a bullet. Peter and Caitlin find themselves in the future. Hiro escapes an explosion at Whitebeard's camp. Hiro manages to teleport himself, Yaeko, and the swordsmith while weakened by opium. Peter returns to the present, but fails to take Caitlin back with him. Hiro time travels Kaito into the past... ...and Hiro meets a younger version of himself. Hiro and Kaito return to the present a few minutes before Kaito is murdered. Soon after, Hiro freezes time to identify Kaito's killer... ...who turns out to be Takezo Kensei. Hiro time travels to Primatech Research on November 2, 1977... ...and sees what happened that day. Hiro teleports to Primatech Paper, freezing time in the process... ...but Peter is immune to its effects... ...then Hiro charges at him. Hiro teleports behind Peter. Hiro teleports once again to stop Adam. Hiro teleports into the vault. Hiro teleports Adam away... ...leaving Adam buried alive. "The Teleporter" fades as he dies.

Season Three

Future Peter slows down time to prevent himself from getting shot by Future Claire (The Second Coming) Future Peter then travels back four years to the past. Future Peter teleports throughout the present, and teleports Matt Parkman to Africa. Bored, Hiro plays with the clock in his office. Hiro stops time to find the thief who has stolen his formula. Hiro travels to a near future, where he sees Tokyo destroyed, and travels back to the present. (The Second Coming) Hiro and Ando teleports to Paris to find Daphne. Futute Peter teleports after speaking to Claire. Future Peter teleports out of Nathan's hospital room. Hiro taunts Daphne by teleporting faster than she runs. Hiro stops time when he suspected foul play from Daphne. (The Butterfly Effect) Hiro and Ando teleport to a German theatre. (One of Us, One of Them) Future Peter freezes time in a bank and teleports Peter to the future (One of Us, One of Them) Peter teleports to Costa Verde, then back in time to Sylar's cell. (I Am Become Death) Hiro continually teleports Adam in and out of his coffin. (Angels and Monsters) Future Peter slows down time to prevent himself from getting shot. Future Peter travels back four years to the past. Bored, Hiro plays with the clock in his office. Hiro stops time to find the thief. Hiro travels to a near future... ...and back again. Hiro teleports to Paris with Ando. Future Peter teleports after speaking to Claire. Future Peter teleports out of Nathan's hospital room. Hiro teleports faster than Daphne runs... ...to taunt her. Ando is stuck between Daphne's super speed and Hiro's time stopping. Hiro and Ando teleport to a German theatre. Future Peter freezes time in a bank... ...and takes Peter and himself to the future. Peter time travels away from the future... ...and into Sylar's Level 5 cell. Hiro continually teleports Adam in and out of his coffin.
