A terrakinetic was a friend of Pyro's that tried to capture Chandler Smithson.
Character History
Blood
The terrakinetic sends Chandler's car flying into a forest. He uses a shield of rocks when he attacks him. Chandler flees. When the terrakinetic chases after him, Lord Noh stops him and steals his ability. Without control over the rocks, the terrakinetic is crushed by them.
