Eyesight manipuation is the ability to manipulate yours or someone elses eysight. If used by an in-experienced user, this ability can allow weaker versions of other abilities to used. Experienced users are able to affect others eyes

Limits

An in-experienced user of this ability, can use it to gain access to weaker versions of other abilities, that affect the eyes.

For example, Leckie has used this ability in order to use:

• Clairsentience
• Precognition
• Precognitive dreaming
• Telescopic vision
• X-ray vision

Whereas an experienced user is not only able to use stronger versions of the other abilities, as opposed to an in-experienced user, they are also able to directly affect someone elses eyes. Leckie was able to affect his brothers eyes, and cause him to be able to see the future. He did this when he was 14 years old.
