Store is a former fugitive with the ability to move items out of and into reality.
Character History
In chapter 5 of The Civilian, Store and Claire go to the home of Rachel Mills to try and help Leona. Store stands and watches as Claire and Rachel discuss their past and try to move on. When Kelly tries to start her war, Store uses his ability to help infiltrate the town hall. Later, while Leona, Claire and Rachel talk, Store absentmindedly changes the item he is holding.
Store has the ability to remove items from reality and bring them back at will. It is unknown where these items go but he is able to store multiple items at one time.
