In chapter 9 of The Agent, a woman and a man stuck together from the shoulder to hip, sharing a shirt and pants pass by Anna in the back tent of a circus after closing time. When Anna is frightened by something she sees in a coffin, the man steps out from his partner so that the woman can approach Anna. She tells Anna that it is okay and pats her shoulder. The clothes she and her partner were wearing hang off of her; and the man she was attached to now stands behind her in his underwear, with all his own limbs.

A short while later, Doug informs Anna that the government is coming for everyone but himself, and the woman who was was sharing clothes steps back into her partner that is standing behind her such that their shoulders pass through each other. Some time later, the body sharing man and woman huddle with Anna and the other circus performers in the dark. They and everyone else freeze as they spot lots of people moving around quietly outside.

Evolved Human Abilities

It is unclear as to the exact nature of her ability, but she seems to be able to 'share' anything with her brother, when she touches Anna's shoulder, Anna suddenly moves across the room and Victor is touching her shoulder.
