Consumed by a desire to avenge their son, Luke Collins and his wife Joanne have been responsible for the deaths of numerous victims.

List of Luke's Victims

Kills

• Biker Woman -- Luke shoots her in the back, killing her. (Brave New World)
• Chinese Guy -- Luke shoots him in the chest at point-blank range, killing him. (Brave New World)
• Coach Lewis -- Luke douses his flames with a fire extinguisher, then shoots him in the chest. (Brave New World)
• M. F. Harris clone -- After knocking out Phoebe, Luke fries a Harris clone to save Malina. (Send in the Clones)
• Mr. Shelby -- Luke shot Mr. Shelby in the neck while Joanne killed his wife in order to make their deaths look like a murder-suicide. (Under the Mask)
• Joanne Collins -- When Joanne refuses to relent in her attack on Malina, Luke incinerates her to protect the girl. (Company Woman)
• Himself -- To stop the first of the H.E.L.E.'s solar flares, Luke flies himself into the flare and explodes, harmlessly dispersing it. (Project Reborn)

• Joanne Collins -- Knowing his wife is going too far, Luke shoots a stream of flames at Joanne. However, Tommy Clark instinctively freezes time and while time is frozen, pushes Luke's fire stream away from Joanne. Tommy then teleports away with Emily Duval, causing Luke and Joanne to miss both of their victims. Joanne then flees before Luke can catch her, getting away with the help of M. F. Harris. (Sundae, Bloody Sundae) When confronting Joanne at Union Wells High School, Luke shoots her in the arm to make her drop her gun before switching to his powers. (Company Woman)
• Phoebe Frady -- Luke pistol-whips her to stop her powers and threatens to kill her. However, Quentin and Malina take him down and he takes her and her brother captive instead. (Send in the Clones) Luke later tries to shoot Phoebe, but she manages to escape. (Company Woman)
• Quentin Frady -- Luke shoots Quentin in the arm and steals his car. (Odessa)(Send in the Clones) Luke later takes Quentin captive and takes him into the woods to execute him, but relents when Quentin changes sides. (Company Woman)

• Caspar Abraham -- After Caspar tries to help Emily escape from her, Joanne shoots him in the head. (Sundae, Bloody Sundae)
• Angry Old Man -- While the old man is speeding around her, Joanne shoots him in the side, causing him to crash into the door window and die. (Brave New World)
• Dress Lady -- Joanne shoots her in the back, killing her. (Brave New World)
• Alexander French -- Joanne shoots him in the head at point-blank range. (The Needs of the Many)
• hhgregg employee -- After chasing him into the evo support group, Joanne shoots him in the back. (Brave New World)
• Hipster Dude -- After turning invisible and fleeing, Joanne accurately predicts where he is and shoots him in the back. (Brave New World)
• Sue Grandry -- Joanne shoots her in the chest, killing her. (Brave New World)
• Mick the Ice Guy -- Enraged that Luke saved Mick instead of her son, Joanne repeatedly stabs Mick in the neck, killing him. (June 13th, Part Two)
• Vincent Mortimer -- Joanne shoots Vincent several times after he pulls her and Luke over. (Brave New World (eBook))
• Mrs. Shelby -- Joanne choked her to death while Luke shot her husband in order to make it look like a murder-suicide. (Under the Mask)

• Tommy Clark -- Joanne threatens him by showing him the gun attached to her belt. (Brave New World) She later lures him into a trap in an attempt to kill him but fails due to Luke and Caspar Abraham's intervention. (Sundae, Bloody Sundae)
• Emily Duval -- When Emily goes after Tommy, Joanne points her gun at her, but before she can pull the trigger Tommy makes it disappear. (Brave New World) She later attempts to shoot Emily again, but Tommy instinctively freezes time at the last moment and pushes the bullet away. He then teleports away with Emily. (Sundae, Bloody Sundae)
• Farah Nazan -- Joanne shoots her in the stomach as she protects Malina. (Company Woman)
• Malina -- Twice Joanne fires at Malina, missing the first time while Farah Nazan shields Malina invisibly the second time. (Company Woman)

• Agent Stevens -- After killing the other Primatech staff, either Luke or Joanne shoots Stevens and leaves him to die. (Odessa)
• At least 11 Primatech guards and workers -- When Luke and Joanne come across a room full of computer monitors and armed guards in Primatech, Joanne starts shooting, prompting her husband to do the same. (Odessa)
