In chapter 2 of The Civilian, Mensen sits at the park, not moving or talking.
In chapter 3 of The Civilian, Mensen sits at the park, not moving or talking.
In chapter 4 of The Civilian, Rachel learns that the drifter at the park is actually former Company agent Mensen, who is hunting down people with abilities. Using information she has received from Alex, Rachel confronts Mensen, who runs away after she reveals that she knows who he is. Rachel tries to find out from Alex why Mensen hates people with powers but Alex refuses to tell her.
Faction Zero
In chapter 1 of Faction Zero, Mensen lurks across Vic's comic book store in Costa Verde. When Claire Bennet approaches him, he pretends to be drunk but Claire gets him to admit he is looking for information on Sabine Hazel's whereabouts. Next, he says he needs to make a call. However, it is then that Rachel Mills sneaks up behind him and disables him. But before they can move Mensen, he is shot dead by a sniper somewhere down the street.
