Carla Klaus was the director of Pinehearst's Risk Analysis & Response Unit (RARU). Her legendary temper was matched only by her ingenuity and determination, but this temper ultimately led to her downfall.

Character History

Welcome to Pinehearst

While the caretaker searches her office for any files to be used by Primatech to bring down Pinehearst, he is met by Carla who is angered at his presence. He tells her he's lost and apologises, but she does not believe him and says she dpesn't accept apologies shoots him in the chest three times. The caretaker heals while she puts her documents back and tells her he wasn't asking her for a chance, but he was giving her one. She says she doesn't take chances, but is shot dead before she can finish her sentence when he produces his gun. He then takes the documents back and leaves.
