Faction Zero
In chapter 4 of Faction Zero, Pacy is brought by Kelli Wheaton to Costa Verde to help hunt down Thompson, Jr. He remarks he is here a little early, and when questioned what he means, he says he is to start college in New York in a few weeks. This causes Claire to say she hates him, due to her college admission difficulties.

Pacy has the ability to quickly absorb and accurately retain great amounts of information.
