The Agent
In chapter 10 of The Agent, Linda Niles introduces Anna Korolenko to Valerie and her twin brother, Victor, while they are hiding in a cellar underneath the circus. She notes that they are the W in LAWR (V + V = W), and then asks Valerie to demonstrate the ability she and her brother both possess. Without saying a word, Valerie slides across the room towards Anna, and touches Anna's shoulder. Anna is then transported across the room, with Victor touching Anna's shoulder. Linda explains that Valerie and Victor can transfer anything up to person-size, and that if one of them has something, the other can obtain it. She adds that she has seen them pass a whole family from Pennsylvania to California in thirty seconds, but that they get kind of irritable when they are apart for too long.
Evolved Human Abilities
It is unclear as to the exact nature of her ability, but she seems to be able to 'share' anything with her brother, when Valerie touches Anna's shoulder, Anna suddenly moves across the room and Victor is touching her shoulder.
