* Sort of. To specify the width of the TOC, you have to use [[template:tocleft|a TOC template]]. Try adding <code><nowiki>{{tocleft|100px}}</nowiki></code> to make a super thin TOC. Making it wider than normal (like <code><nowiki>{{tocleft|700px}}</nowiki></code>) will only pad whitespace to the right of the TOC, not make the actual box wider. As for a TOC that is hidden as a default, we don't have anything like that here. However, take a look at [[Wikipedia:Template:TOChidden|Wikipedia's custom template for a hidden TOC]]. I'm not sure if we have the capabilities to recreate that here or not--we might, I just don't know. Hope that helps. I noticed in Enigma when Dahlia & 2014 Cassie interact that Cassie isn't wearing the Renautas smart glasses. Also in Enigma during the last meeting between Dahlia & 2014 Cassie, Dahlia doesn't have ask Cassie to do anything about the lasers or the platform she can't jump to because it is to high.

Hey, as you've noticed, people are raising issue with Phoenix Mimicry. It was not my intent to create something unreasonable and I just thought it was something fairly original. What is your opinion? I would be fine with changing my Survival story for simplicity and 'canoness' if you feel its best for everyone.
* Personally, I like the ability (which is one reason I helped recommend Draph to be a crossover character)...but that's just my opinion, which really has nothing to do with whether we consider the ability to be part of the ''Heroes'' canon on this wiki or not. Nor does it matter what other people think. Fans always get up in arms about certain things, and there's not much that can be done about it. I think there was a lot of unnecessary rudeness on [[talk:phoenix mimicry|the ability's talk page]], and for that people should be ashamed. But beyond that, [[Draph]] and [[phoenix mimicry]] were featured in an [[iStory]], so they are from a [[canon]] (or rather, a near-canon) source, and should absolutely be included in the wiki, of course. As for the backstory that you wrote at [[Heroes: Survival]], that's a secondary source, and not considered a canon (or near-canon) source. That information can be on the wiki, but it should remain in the notes section of Draph's page, and the notes section of the ability page. Only the information featured in the iStory itself belongs in the main body of the articles.<p>By the way, congratulations on being featured as the third crossover character of this iStory! **Thank you, I was extremely pleased! I have noticed other people adding Survival info to other pages. I've been trying to take it down but it still gets put back up. So I was wondering if you could be a more authoritative matter on those issues, namely Ability Replication and Telekinesis. Also, for some of the character information, can that still go into the "about" section, as I have seen all other crossover characters do? * On that page, you have the width set (twice) to be 100%. Take that out, because that's making the table you've created span the entire page. Not good. Instead, add in <code>class="infobox"</code>, which will float the entire box on the right side of the page. I also suggest you take a look at other infoboxes (like [[template:character box]] or [[template:user infobox]]), and then copy the pertinent codes from those pages, and customize it so it fits what you want. Hey, I realize this is kind of forward looking, but I was updating the Season History templates in case we get another installment and need to do a Reborn portion. I am having difficulties with three things:
I wasn't trying to do something with spoilers, I was trying to create a template (rather unsuccessfully), that would allow for text to appear as black bars or "censored". I wanted the text to only be revealed by moving the cursor over it, like this: http://uncyclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Template:C . I'm not sure how to do that, but I was trying to figure it out, which is why it currently doesn't do anything. I don't think we need to do any major structural changes since this really only affects Noah and maybe a handful of other characters. So with Heroes Reborn ending, we have a lot of stubs out there and frankly most of the new articles are incomplete (including episode pages). Therefore, I am hoping to inspire you and others to do this challenge with me. On my [[User:Iheartheroes|userpage]], I have gone to all of the stubbed pages and separated them out by episode. Just wondering, how do you pick people from Heroes Survival to go into istory. Personally, I'm a fan of phoenix mimicry, but others, lets say not so much. Also, when you choose them from survival, do you make everything they say 'canon' - because I can see this getting confusing. Taking Draph into account for example, his twin died in the womb and he acquired without having an ability to mimic other abilities. People have been unnecessarily rude about his creation, which I just don't understand. Zach has a few different criteria, as he's trying to look for a character that will fit in his story, as well as be a "cool" character.<p>As for the [[canon]]icity of H:S, I covered that information a bit covered [[Talk:Heroes: Survival#Crossover characters...|here]], but I'll certainly talk more about it, because I don't want anybody to be confused by the levels of what's "official" and what's not. :) The information created by fans is not canon. Only the stories told in the iStories, graphic novels, etc. is canon (or near-canon, as the case may be). With very few exceptions (like pictures and page titles), we only put the information from Heroes: Survival in the notes. It's the information Zach (and other writers) use as a basis to create the character in the canon or near-canon works. But all the "extra" information that wasn't actually included in the iStory should be kept in the notes. That also means that if a character from H:S is featured in the iStory, but he doesn't demonstrate a power, he should not be considered an evolved human. I don't have a preference for one over the other. So long as the community agrees on a name, we're solid. On another note, one of the reasons I'm so opposed to a name for Trevor's ability has less to do with not knowing enough about the power (though that's certainly true), and much more to do with the writers' comment. I try to always take my cue from the writers and creative staff. When the writers were asked what the name of Trevor's ability was, their answer was a sarcastic way of basically saying that there is no name for the power. Until we learn more about it, I think "Trevor's ability" is what we should call it. * I've talked with Draphoenix quite a bit...I agree, it's too bad that he's changed the name of the ability, I suppose either out of pressure from what he perceived from the community, or from the desire to just forget about having a power that some people didn't like. Hey Ryan -
I noticed that on the Haitian's page, his name was changed to René for all 4 seasons. However, in the case of Mr.Bennet, his name was kept as "Mr.Bennet" in the summary of season 1. Therefore, I think that the Haitian should be referred to as "The Haitian" for at least seasons 1-3, if not those and the episodes before "Shadowboxing". It ruins the mystery for anyone who is watching Heroes and has not caught up to Volume 5.

  • We don't use a template for references like Wikipedia. We just put the source afterwards. So it would just be something like this. (Heroes Reborn: Enigma) ... Differences in Gemini & Enigma

I noticed in Enigma when Dahlia & 2014 Cassie interact that Cassie isn't wearing the Renautas smart glasses. Also in Enigma during the last meeting between Dahlia & 2014 Cassie, Dahlia doesn't have ask Cassie to do anything about the lasers or the platform she can't jump to because it is to high.

  • I think keeping it as El Vengador is fine, since it was about both Oscar and his grandfather, as well as the idea of being El Vengador. It reminds me of the Evs Dropper comics in that way, in that Evs wasn't a single person either. Episode Pages

Hey, so there is a lot still to do here for Heroes Reborn and I was wondering if you, me, and maybe some others would like to devote the next couple of weeks to getting it all up to speed. So I'm suggesting this week we really go hard on getting the episode pages done. Summaries, Plots, MQs, etc. You think we can encourage others to help us?

MQ on 501, Synopsis on 506, MQ on 507, Synopsis and MQ on 508, Summary Synopsis and MQ on 509, Synopsis and MQ on 510, Story Dev and Synopsis on 511, Synopsis and Title Card on 512, Synopsis and Title Card on 513. As well, images from the episodes in the Synopsis' on all episodes.

Season Summary

Hey, I realize this is kind of forward looking, but I was updating the Season History templates in case we get another installment and need to do a Reborn portion. I am having difficulties with three things: 1) When I type "Noah Bennet/Heroes Reborn" it does not take me to the button that says "New season summary page" 2) If I were to put it on the original page as {{season summary|season=Reborn}}, then the link appears as [[Noah Bennet/Season Reborn|Noah Bennet: Season Reborn History]] 3) On the top of the Season archive footer template, it will normally link to the previous season history if their is one and I can't seem to work it with the Reborn part Can you help me with these couple things?   • The "new season summary page" is set up to appear when the title "/Season" appears in the subpagename. I can make a workaround for the few individual pages. I don't think we need to do any major structural changes since this really only affects Noah and maybe a handful of other characters.     • Actually, I think the biggest issue is that there was a misspelling on the archive page. It said "Rebron" instead of Reborn" so I don't think it was pulling the info correctly...       • Oh, okay. I wasn't meaning that we do it now. It was mainly just to smooth the bridges later incase we needed to. It shows the category at the bottom of Noah Bennet/Heroes Reborn Category:Season Reborn Histories.         • The "if exist" command just means that if the page exists on the wiki, do whatever it says to do. So something like {{#ifexist: Peter Petrelli | [[Peter Petrelli]] | Peter Petrelli }} means that if there is a page called "Peter Petrelli" on the wiki, link it. If not, don't link it. Making this Wiki Pretty Again

Hey,

So with Heroes Reborn ending, we have a lot of stubs out there and frankly most of the new articles are incomplete (including episode pages). Therefore, I am hoping to inspire you and others to do this challenge with me. On my userpage, I have gone to all of the stubbed pages and separated them out by episode. Therefore, we can rewatch an episode and pay extra attention to these things that have stubs. So, my challenge is to follow this schedule to get everything listed under each category done. Hopefully if we all work together and can narrow down where we can help, we can finish this soon.

After this, we have graphic novels, webisodes, ebooks, and ability pages to finish up. But this way, a lot of it can get done. If you can't help one week or something, that's okay! This is just to inspire you and others to team together to get this done, there aren't a lot of pages under each episode, so maybe we could bust it out in a week, but maybe not!
