Ability supercharging

• Future Ando supercharges his own ability and zaps Future Hiro, seemingly killing him. (The Second Coming)
• Ando slams his hand on a desk in Mohinder's loft, creating a slight discharge. (Dual)
• Ando accidentally supercharges Matt's telepathy, allowing him to hear the thoughts of everybody in New York. (Dual)
• Ando accidentally supercharges Daphne's super speed, sending her backwards through time to witness a conversation a few minutes before. (Dual)
• Ando holds Daphne and sends her sixteen years in the past, rescuing Hiro from Kaito. They then return to the present. (Dual)

Alchemy

• Bob turns his spoon into pure gold for Mohinder. (Four Months Later...)
• Sylar turns a gun into gold to taunt Elle. (The Butterfly Effect)

Body insertion

• Peter is placed in the body of Jesse Murphy by his future self. (The Second Coming)
• Future Peter forcefully expells Peter from Jesse's body. (One of Us, One of Them)

Empathic mimicry

• Precognitive dreaming: Peter has a dream of flying around the world when he awoken by Simone. (Genesis)
• Flight: Peter flies with his brother as Nathan tries to rescue him. (Genesis)
• Flight: Peter hovers above the ground as Nathan is nearby. (Don't Look Back)
• Space-time manipulation: Peter is able to move as time is frozen by Future Hiro. (Collision, Hiros)
• Precognition: Peter allows his eyes to glaze over and finishes Isaac's painting of Jackie's death at Sylar's hands. (Hiros)

Enhanced strength

• Niki, during Jessica's control, rips apart two thugs in her garage. (Genesis)
• Niki, as Jessica, slams Linderman's henchman into the wall of an elevator and easily overpowers him. (Collision)

Flight

• Nathan flies to rescue Peter from his fall, when they both fly mid-air. (Genesis)
• Peter hovers above the ground without realising with Nathan nearby. (Don't Look Back)
• Nathan blasts upwards to escape Noah and the Haitian, then shoots across the sky at supersonic speeds, having a rough landing outside the Fly By Night Diner. (Hiros)

Intuitive aptitude

• Sylar uses his intuitive aptitude to work out James Walker's ability of freezing and steals it for himself. (Don't Look Back)

Mental manipulation

• The Haitian prevents Matt from reading his mind. (One Giant Leap)
• The Haitian stops Matt from reading Noah's mind. (Collision)
• The Haitian erases all of Brody's memories, including his own name. (Hiros)

Phasing

• D.L. sneaks into the the Sanderses' home undetected. (Hiros)

Precognition

• Isaac has painted Ted using his ability to heat up a glass of water, which he subsequently destroys. (Genesis)
• Isaac has painted the eclipse hours before it happens. (Genesis)
• Isaac has painted a bus explosion, which he realises came true due to the latest newspaper. (Genesis)
• Isaac has painted the train wreck, which he notices to be true when he watches news coverage on it. (Genesis)
• Isaac paints a mural of the explosion on his loft's floor while on heroin. (Genesis)
• In the "explosion future", Isaac releases a prophetic issue of 9th Wonders!. (Don't Look Back)
• Peter idly draws a skickman doodle of himself hovering and Nathan watching. (Don't Look Back)

Rapid cell regeneration

• Claire jumps off an abandoned oil refinery and snaps several of her bones, but then pushes some back into place as her scars heal. (Genesis)
• Claire notices her rib cage sticking out and pushes it back into place as it heals. (Genesis)
• Claire rushes into a burning train wreck and emerges without any wounds. (Genesis)
• Claire rescues her ring from the garbage disposal but mutilates her hand in the process, which quickly heals. (Genesis)
• Claire's neck is broken after a tackle by Brody, but she twists her neck back into shape and heals. (Don't Look Back)
• Claire is killed after nearly being raped when a branch is impaled into the back of her head. She later revives in a morgue after the branch is removed. (One Giant Leap, Collision)
• Claire recovers from her injuries after she and Brody crashed his car into a wall. (Hiros)

Space-time manipulation

• Hiro stares at his clock and makes it reverse by one second. (Genesis)
• Hiro teleports into the womens' bathroom in a local bar. (Genesis)
• Hiro time travels five weeks into the future. (Genesis, Don't Look Back)
• Hiro avoids an explosion by returning back to the present. (Don't Look Back)
• Hiro freezes time before a truck collides with a girl. In this moment, Hiro pushes the girl out of the truck's path towards safety when time resumes. (One Giant Leap)
• Hiro stops time and moves the roulette ball in order to allow Ando to win. He also saves a glass which was in the process of being tipped over. (Collision)
• Hiro freezes time in order to switch Ando's cards with a high roller's to ensure Ando's victory. (Collision)
• Future Hiro travels back in time by five years to talk with Peter and give him a message. (Collision, Hiros)

Telekinesis

• Mrs. Walker is seen messily attached to the wall with kitchen utensils. (Don't Look Back)
• James Walker is seen with his brain removed after his head has been cut open. (Don't Look Back)
