Kelli Wheaton is part of the Unity faction that aids Claire and Rachel in their attempt to find Wildman.
About
Kelli discovered her ability during a college class one day. She gained more control over it, and decided to use it only when she needed too. When Building 26 began hunting down specials, she faked her death and went into hiding. After its defeat, she joined Unity to get back on her feet.

Heroes Evolutions
Faction Zero
In chapter 4 of Faction Zero, Kelli is called by Katherine Murry to bring other members of Unity to help Micah, Claire, and Rachel. She brings Miles Lecomte, Therese Bryne, Pacy McNeil, and Theodore van den Burg to Costa Verde to assist.
Evolved Human Abilities
Kelli has the ability to hop between dimensions, allowing her to go to alternate dimensions. Kelli is also able to bring items and people from other dimensions.
