• Emily gives Tommy a job scooping ice cream at Moe's Ice Cream Parlor. (Brave New World)
• Luke and Joanne attempt to kidnap Tommy, but he teleports them away to his old Level 5 cell at Primatech Paper. (Brave New World, Odessa)
• Luke and Joanne break out of Level 5, slaughter the Primatech employees, shoot Quentin and steal Noah's car. (Odessa)

After June 14, 2015

• Tommy Clark is forced to register himself into the ATF Evo Division database by Cole Cutler. (The Lion's Den)
• Carlos attempts to raid Sunstone Manor to rescue his nephew and his friend, but is captured by the Director who uses him to reveal his connection to Farah Nazan and force her to cooperate. (Game Over, Sundae, Bloody Sundae, 11:53 to Odessa)
• After being rescued from Evernow, Hiro Nakamura agrees to take Noah Bennet back to the Odessa Unity Summit on June 13, 2014 to discover the truth. (Game Over)
• Upon his return, Noah informs Quentin Frady of the fact that his daughter has twins. Due to Noah's alterations to the timeline, Quentin now works for Erica Kravid and informs her of this development. (June 13th, Part Two)
• Tommy Clark is informed of the truth about his heritage by Noah and his adopted mother. While rescuing his girlfriend from Joanne Collins, Tommy rediscovers the ability to freeze time. (Sundae, Bloody Sundae)
• M. F. Harris approaches Joanne Collins about working for Renautas taking down evos. (Sundae, Bloody Sundae)
• Joanne Collins attempts to take down Damen Peak. (Damen Peak, Part 2)
• Tommy is kidnapped by Quentin and Phoebe Frady who take him to Erica Kravid. Tommy takes Erica and the Frady siblings to 9972 so they can convince him to help them. (11:53 to Odessa)
• Carlos escapes and teams up with Farah Nazan, Rene and Taylor Kravid to rescue Micah Sanders and the other evos trapped at Sunstone Manor. (Send in the Clones)
• Malina teams up with Luke Collins to find her brother. (Game Over)
• Two days before the H.E.L.E., Malina stops a deadly storm outside Bedford, Missouri. However, during the storm, a car is flung through the air at Noah Bennet who is suddenly teleported away by a future Tommy Clark, leaving Malina and Luke to believe he died. (11:53 to Odessa, Project Reborn)
• On their way to Renautas Headquarters, Luke and Malina face off with the Frady siblings and two Harris clones. The two are able to defeat the group and capture Quentin and Phoebe Frady. (Send in the Clones)
• Following 9th Wonders!, Miko Otomo teleports to Sunstone Manor from 9972 where she faces off with an army of Harris clones single-handedly. Miko kills Harris Prime, destroying his clones before returning to Evernow. (Send in the Clones, Project Reborn)
• After his rescue, Micah Sanders tells Carlos, Jose and Farah about the reality of the H.E.L.E. and makes a broadcast, exposing Erica Kravid's lies to the world. (Send in the Clones)
• As Tommy Clark begins transporting people to the future through her space-time bridge, Erica Kravid is confronted with her past when Matt Parkman exposes her daughter's secret. (Company Woman)
• After Phoebe escapes, Quentin sides with Luke and Malina, finally recognizing the truth that the sister he loved is gone. (Company Woman)
• Luke, Quentin and Malina travel to Union Wells High School where Malina makes a spectacle to draw attention to herself and hopefully bring Tommy to her. Joanne Collins is sent to kill Malina, forcing her estranged husband to incinerate her. (Company Woman)
• After learning that Erica only intends to save a select number of people, Tommy takes his mother to the future to see what his choices are. With his mother's encouragement, Tommy returns to the present where he goes to meet Malina at Union Wells. Before they can meet up, Hachiro Otomo traps him in Evernow. (Company Woman)
• Ren Shimosawa and Emily Duval form an alliance after learning that they are both looking for Tommy. To their horror, they learn that he has been trapped in Evernow. (Company Woman)
• Now having control of Tommy's abilities, Erica Kravid transports the Gateway residents to the future as the first solar flare approaches. (Project Reborn)
• Luke, Quentin and Malina arrive in the present Gateway to find it deserted and the first solar flare close. Knowing that Malina and Tommy are destined to stop the second flare, not the first, Luke sacrifices himself to stop the flare with his ability. (Project Reborn)
• In the Odessa Clock Tower, Quentin and Malina are confronted by a deranged Phoebe who Quentin is forced to kill. (Project Reborn)
• At 11:53am, Malina stands in front of the Odessa Clock Tower and attempts to stop the H.E.L.E. However, she lacks the strength to do so on her own. (Project Reborn)
• Tommy arrives from the future and shares his sister's power to aid her in stopping the second flare, but they are unable to control their combined power. Tommy and Malina fail to stop the flare "a thousand times" causing Tommy to depart, looking for the key to changing the future. (Project Reborn)
• After rescuing Noah Bennet two days before and showing him Angela Petrelli determining that he and Malina need a conduit for their power, Tommy transports Noah to the Odessa Clock Tower. (Project Reborn)
• As the second Tommy transports everyone back to the present through the space-time bridge, save Erica Kravid, Tommy and Malina combine powers once more with Noah Bennet as their conduit. With Noah channeling their immense combined power, Tommy and Malina are able to shield the planet and deflect the second solar flare. (Project Reborn)
• After stopping the H.E.L.E., Tommy and Malina find their grandfather near death from the effects of channeling their power. He dies moments after telling them how proud he is of them. (Project Reborn)
