Episodic Recurrences
One Giant Leap
- Sylar tries kidnapping Molly, but Audrey and Matt are in hot pursuit. Sylar forces Audrey to nearly commit suicide. Matt shoots Sylar multiple times, yet he lives through the shots and disappears.
Better Halves
- Jessica slams D.L. across the bedroom using a suitcase. D.L. phases into a cupboard, and strangles her. Jessica throws D.L. onto the bed, but he phases through her and knocks her out.
Homecoming
- Sylar kills Jackie and throws Claire at a wall. Claire heals.
- Sylar throws multiple lockers at Peter, who deflects them. Peter and Sylar fall off the roof of Union Wells High School. Peter dies, and Sylar escapes. Peter heals afterwards.
Run!
- Matt and Jessica have a gun battle. Jessica eventually gets the upperhand, kills Malsky, and throws Matt out of the window.
Unexpected
- Peter confronts Isaac, and throws him into one of his paintings. Isaac tries to shoot Peter, but he turns invisible and starts throwing pots at Isaac. Isaac grows paranoid and takes two shoots, killing Simone instead.
Parasite
- Isaac continues to shoot at Peter as he escapes from the loft.
- Mohinder drugs Sylar and ties him to a chair, almost killing him until Sylar stops the bullet. Sylar then holds Mohinder on the ceiling, and meets with Peter, holding him against the wall.

- Sylar holds Peter against the wall and starts cutting open his skull. Peter heals and throws Sylar into a bookcase, freeing Mohinder. Peter turns invisible, and Sylar launches glass shards, killing Peter. Sylar is then defeated by Mohinder's map.
Five Years Gone
- Future Peter uses his telekinesis and invisibility to stop Future Matt's troops and save both Future Hiro and Ando.
- Future Peter and Future Hiro use telekinesis and the sword respectively to defeat several guards in order to save Hiro.
- Future Sylar freezes his hands, while Future Peter ignites his. They then have an unseen showdown.
Landslide
- Jessica throws Mr. Linderman into a wall. Linderman, in retaliation, tries shooting Niki once she regains control. D.L. takes the bullet, then phases his hand into Linderman's brain, killing him off.
How to Stop an Exploding Man
- Sylar and Hiro meet once more, with Sylar threatening to end Ando's life. Hiro outsmarts Sylar and saves his friend by teleporting.
- Sylar throws Bennet, and then chokes Peter. He stops the bullets fired by Matt, launching them back at him. Sylar then brings a meter to his hand, hitting Peter with force. Niki takes the meter, and strikes Sylar, knocking him down. Peter then punches Sylar until his hands glow. Hiro appears and stabs Sylar. In response, Sylar throws Hiro across Kirby Plaza, and dies.
Four Months Later...
- Mohinder slams Bob against the wall, demanding to know why he is following him.
- A hooded killer throws Kaito off Charles Deveaux's rooftop.
Kindred
The Kindness of Strangers
Fight or Flight
- Matt and Nathan capture Maury and question him. Maury tricks them, and sends them into their worst nightmares. Matt and Nathan end up fighting each other - only they think they are fighting a nightmare guard and himself, respectively.
Four Months Ago...
- The Haitian challenges Peter to a round of fisticuffs and beats him into a shipping container. He then wipes the slate clean, and leaves Peter alone and confused in the container for two weeks.
Cautionary Tales
- Kaito and Adam struggle on Charles Deveaux's rooftop, and Adam flings himself and Kaito over the edge.
- Noah, Bob, Claire, Mohinder, West and Elle converge on a beach, when West and Claire try to escape, only for Elle to shoot them down. Noah shoots Elle, and Bob consoles his daughter, when Noah prepares to finish Bob off once and for all. Suddenly, Mohinder shoots Noah in the eye and kills him.
Truth & Consequences
- Hiro stops time and finds Peter protecting Adam in Primatech Paper Co.. Peter charges his hand up, while Hiro charges at him carrying his sword.
Powerless
- Hiro charges at Peter and Peter tries to zap Hiro, but he teleports behind Peter and attempts to convince him about Adam. Peter refuses to believe him, and Hiro teleports directly behind him, holding his sword to Peter's neck. Peter then shocks the sword and knocks Hiro unconscious.
- Hiro returns and stops Peter and Adam from entering the vault. Adam pulls out his sword, and Peter flings and chokes Hiro against the wall. As Adam escapes, Matt convinces Peter to release Hiro, and they enter a mind battle over Adam's morals. Peter pushes Matt down the corridor, when Nathan appears and resolves the conflict.
