Future Haitian said his last words five years before the events of Five Years Gone.
Charles Deveaux's last words could have been anything. Let's just assume it was something so awesome that it's impossible for anybody to know. For simplicity, his last words come from his latest appearance.
Robert Fresco had some last words, but Ted Sprague paraphrased.
Mrs. Walker and James Walker may have had some last words, but, they were killed before they could say them live on air.
Nathan Petrelli's last words in the dark future may have been "Sylar, you've moved from power stealing to election stealing - how could you!?"
Nathan Petrelli's last words in the outbreak may have been "Damn. Not again."
David's last words were potentially "Stop stealing my brain!"
