Ability supercharging

• Future Ando supercharges his own ability and zaps Future Hiro, seemingly killing him. (The Second Coming)
• Ando slams his hand on a desk in Mohinder's loft, creating a slight discharge. (Dual)
• Ando accidentally supercharges Matt's telepathy, allowing him to hear the thoughts of everybody in New York. (Dual)
• Ando accidentally supercharges Daphne's super speed, sending her backwards through time to witness a conversation a few minutes before. (Dual)
• Ando holds Daphne and sends her sixteen years in the past, rescuing Hiro from Kaito. They then return to the present. (Dual)

Alchemy

• Bob turns his spoon into pure gold for Mohinder. (Four Months Later...)
• Sylar turns a gun into gold to taunt Elle. (The Butterfly Effect)

Body insertion

• Peter is placed in the body of Jesse Murphy by his future self. (The Second Coming)
• Future Peter forcefully expells Peter from Jesse's body. (One of Us, One of Them)

Dream manipulation

• Sanjog helps Mohinder in his dreams, showing him a dream where he argued with his father concerning his father's research. (Seven Minutes to Midnight)
• Sanjog shows Mohinder another dream where Chandra concludes his trip to New York might be a bad idea but his mother convinces him otherwise and mentions a sister, Shanti. Sanjog is seen in this dream and asks Mohinder for his ball back. (Seven Minutes to Midnight)
• Sanjog reveals to Mohinder how Chandra was killed by Sylar in his taxi cab in New York. Sanjog is seen by Mohinder after the taxi cab disappears, and Sanjob reveals a key, which Mohinder takes. Mohinder then wakes up. (Seven Minutes to Midnight)

Empathic mimicry

• Precognitive dreaming: Peter has a dream of flying around the world when he awoken by Simone. (Genesis)
• Flight: Peter flies with his brother as Nathan tries to rescue him. (Genesis)

Intuitive aptitude

Rapid cell regeneration

• Claire jumps off an abandoned oil refinery and snaps several of her bones, but then pushes some back into place as her scars heal. (Genesis)
• Claire notices her rib cage sticking out and pushes it back into place as it heals. (Genesis)
• Claire rushes into a burning train wreck and emerges without any wounds. (Genesis)
• Claire rescues her ring from the garbage disposal but mutilates her hand in the process, which quickly heals. (Genesis)

• Hiro freezes time before a truck collides with a girl. In this moment, Hiro pushes the girl out of the truck's path towards safety when time resumes. (One Giant Leap)
• Hiro stops time and moves the roulette ball in order to allow Ando to win. He also saves a glass which was in the process of being tipped over. (Collision)
• Hiro freezes time in order to switch Ando's cards with a high roller's to ensure Ando's victory. (Collision)
• Future Hiro travels back in time by five years to talk with Peter and give him a message. (Collision, Hiros)
• Hiro stops time in the middle of a car game between Ando, Ernie, the lowlife and the high roller, re-arranges the cards and re-deals, giving Ando a straight. (Better Halves)
