Acid secretion

Naturally possessed by Cushing, who was shot dead by Devin (Trust Issues, Part 1)

Age shifting

Naturally possessed by the Russian, who was shot dead by Noah (Comrades)

Alejandro's ability

Naturally possessed by Alejandro (Lizards)

• Alejandro was murdered by Sylar (Truth & Consequences)

Appearance alteration

Naturally possessed by Connie (Faces, Part 1)

• Connie was killed (Into the Wild, Part 3)

Aura absorption

Naturally possessed by Linda Tavara (Moonlight Serenade)

• Linda was killed in self defense by Linderman (War Buddies, Part 7)

Bliss and horror

Naturally possessed by Guillame, who committed suicide (It Takes a Village)

Bone spike protrusion

Naturally possessed by Perrin Crocker, who was killed when he, inadvertently, impaled the driver of the bus that he was on (Under the Bridge)

Constriction

Naturally possessed by the Constrictor

• The Constrictor was killed by sound by Echo (Going Postal)

Dehydration

Naturally possessed by Fusor's accomplice, who was forced to use her ability on herself, killing her (Golden Handshake)

In an interview, the writers of Golden Handshake noted that the Graphic novel series depicts falsified information. Fusor's accomplice may still be alive and in possession of this ability. Alternatively, she may have died under different circumstances

Disintegration touch

Naturally possessed by Felicia Brooks (Donna's Big Date, Part 2), who died in a battle (Into the Wild, Part 3)

Electronic communication

Naturally possessed by Hana Gitelman (Wireless, Part 2)

• Her body burned in the atmosphere above earth (The Death of Hana Gitelman), while her consciousness lived for a while longer before being destroyed during her and Drucker's attack on the Company's mainframe (The End of Hana and Drucker)

Naturally possessed by Richard Drucker

• His body presumed dead in 1992, his consciousness was destroyed with Hana's (The End of Hana and Drucker)

Empathic mimicry

Naturally possessed by Peter (Don't Look Back)

• Arthur stole this power from him (Dying of the Light)
  • Arthur was killed (Our Father)

Enhanced hearing

Naturally possessed by Dale Smither

• It was stolen from her by Sylar (Unexpected), who in turn lost it ability due to the Shanti virus (Kindred) (CBR 1)

Gravitational manipulation

Naturally possessed by Stephen Canfield, who is presumed dead after jumping into his own vortex (Angels and Monsters)

Healing

Naturally possessed by Linderman (War Buddies, Part 2), who was murdered by D.L. (Landslide)

Naturally possessed by Ishi Nakamura, who died of natural causes (Our Father)

Illusion

Naturally possessed by Candice (Company Man)

• Candice was murdered by Sylar in a failed attempt to steal her ability (Kindred)

Induced radioactivity

Naturally possessed by Ted (Nothing to Hide)

• This ability was mimicked from him by Peter (The Hard Part)
  • Arthur stole this power from him (Dying of the Light)
    • Arthur was killed (Our Father)
• It was stolen from him by Sylar (Landslide), who in turn lost this ability due to the Shanti virus (Kindred) (CBR 1)

Laser emission

Naturally possessed by Michael, who was forced by Eric Doyle to kill himself using his using his own lasers (Doyle)

Lung adaptation

Naturally possessed by Bianca Karina (Berlin, Part 1)

• Bianca was killed by Sylar (The Butterfly Effect)

Magnetism

Naturally possessed by The German (Berlin, Part 2)

• The German was killed by Knox (One of Us, One of Them)

Mediumship

Naturally possessed by Ida May Walker (Moonlight Serenade)

• This ability was stolen and Ida was killed by Linda Tavara (Moonlight Serenade)
  • Linda was killed by Linderman (War Buddies, Part 7)

Melting

Naturally possessed by Zane Taylor

• It was stolen from him by Sylar (Run!), who in turn lost this ability due to the Shanti virus (Kindred) (CBR 1)

Metal mimicry

Naturally possessed by Danny Pine

• He was killed by Sylar (Dual) (CBR 3 mar '09)

Mohinder's ability

Manifested by Mohinder Suresh after he injected himself with his hastily made version of a genetic modification formula (The Second Coming)

• This ability was converted to enhanced strength when Mohinder was soaked in the completed, correct formula. (Dual)

Persuasion

Naturally possessed by Eden McCain (Seven Minutes to Midnight), who later shot herself in order to prevent Sylar from taking the ability (Fallout)

Plant growth

Naturally possessed by Au Co, who was shot dead by Arthur in the Vietnam War (War Buddies)

Plant manipulation

Naturally possessed by Brendan Lewis (The Kill Squad, Part 1)

• His ability was amplified by Paulette Hawkins (who was under duress) to the extent that he became a tree (The Kill Squad, Part 3); it is unlikely that he survived this transformation alive

Poison emission

Naturally possessed my Maya (Four Months Later...)

• This ability was taken from her at her behest by Arthur (Eris Quod Sum)
  • Arthur was killed (Our Father)

Power absorption

Naturally possessed by Arthur (Dying of the Light), who was killed (Our Father)

Pyrokinesis

Naturally possessed by Meredith Gordon (Distractions)

• She was injected by Sylar with adrenaline, causing her to lose control over her ability, causing Primatech Research to burn and collapse around her, resulting in her death. (Dual, The Natural Order of Things)

Naturally possessed by Flint Gordon (The Second Coming)

• He was shot dead by Danko's team (Rebellion, Part 2)

Seismic burst

Naturally possessed by Mr. Shaw, who was shot dead in a skirmish at Coyote Sands in 1961 (1961)

Naturally possessed by Mr. Taylor, who was shot dead by Noah in an attempted bag and tag. (Shadowboxing)

Telescopic vision

Naturally possessed by Donna Dunlap (Donna's Big Date, Part 1)

• Donna was killed (Into the Wild, Part 3)

Shattering

Naturally possessed by Trevor Zeitlan

• It was stolen from him by Sylar (Villains), who in turn lost this ability due to the Shanti virus (Kindred) (CBR 1)

Notes

^{CBR 1} In the September 30, 2008 edition of Comic Book Resources' Behind the Eclipse, Writers Joe Pokaski and Aron Coleite stated that Sylar's bout with the Shanti virus caused him to loose, telekinesis aside, all of the abilities that he acquired prior to his infection.
