Tessa Harris was the partner of Samantha Russel in the Company. She retired from her life as an agent after the death of her partner and seemingly went off the grid to live a normal life. During this time she gave birth to Jordan and Amber Matthews however she was unable to raise them and over time she gave them both up for adoption.

Side Story:Mother Part 1
Tessa waits for Samantha in the back seat of their car and makes her presence clear after witnessing Samantha turn a pen into a flower. Tessa requests that they begin their assignment as their target is on the move.
After arriving outside of Wesly Ford's hotel, Tessa reports to Samantha that Ford has the ability of Hypnotic Touch and the two begin their assignment as soon as noticing the absense of gaurds at the entrance. Once Tessa and Samantha enter the hotel, they find dozens of posters with the message "A Man Who Could Move A Nation". Wondering how Ford could control so many people, the women discover that their target has been watching them surrounded by his followers.
