Angie Rowland is one of the fugitives to be extradited from America. She's an evolved human with the ability to touch the objects and transform her hand to the touched's material. Angie read with the rest of team the Noah Gray's note and the she assist at Martin Beckman's mental temporal rewind thanks to Martin's ability in the Company's vault.
