Synopsis
Jack is reunited with Carrie after her "death", hust to find out that she was kidnapped by their own father. Claire knocks Thomas out with a broken tree branch and the three rush to back to their houses, hoping that Thomas wouldn't follow them. Claire goes to her house across the street from the Swifts' residence, while Jack and Carrie enter their home. They find Thomas holding Rebecca at gunpoint as he orders Jack to turn on the TV to Channel 2. There is an interview showing Nathan Petrelli saying that he will eliminate a threat and make the world a safer place. Right after Nathan makes this statement, Claire's scream is heard from across the street. The Swifts barely have time to react before they, too, are knocked out by tasers from a group of unknown soldiers.

This is the start of the canon Volume 4. There are a few events that will be changed, including Sylar being captured (unknown how he is detained) and Nathan's ability being revealed, causing him to also be detained by Danko.
