About

Cautionary Tales

After Elle is taken hostage by Claire's father and Claire is taken hostage by Elle's father, a trade is arranged. Both parties meet on the Imperial Beach in Costa Verde. As the two girls are released, they walk past each other and share a look.

As soon as Claire is with her father, he orders West to fly Claire to safety. West attempts to do this, but Elle shoots them down. In retaliation, Noah shoots Elle in the arm.

Truth & Consequences

Bob chides Elle for her irresponsibility, and orders her to watch Claire.

Later, while Claire and her family say goodbye to Noah, Elle spies on them from her car. Claire spots Elle, and angrily confronts her. Elle is dismissive, saying that Claire cannot harm her, but Claire punches through the window of Elle's car, promising to tell the world about her powers.

Powerless

Graphic Novel:Elle's First Assignment, Part 1

Elle is given her first Company assignment from her father - monitoring Claire. Elle protests, complaining that the assignment is pointless, but Bob tells her that Claire's blood could be valuable to the Company.

Elle follows Claire to school and sits behind her in class. She thinks about how much she hates her assignment, and Claire herself, even drawing a picture of her electrocuting Claire.

Later, while spying on the Bennet house, Elle is attacked by Eden. Noah comes outside and tells Elle to stop watching Claire, as that is his job. Elle says that when Claire's ability manifests and she is taken in by the Company, Elle will treat her as well as Eden treated Elle.

Back at school, Elle spies on Claire and Zach.

Graphic Novel:Elle's First Assignment, Part 2

Elle continues to watch Claire and Zach, and receives a disapproving look from Noah.

Elle observes Zach and Claire leaving the abandoned refinery. She sees them watching a tape, and later attempts to steal it, but is unsuccessful when she is apprehended by Noah and the Haitian and has her memory of the tape erased.

Days later, Elle sits in Claire's social studies class. Claire asks Zach who Elle is, but Zach says that he has never seen her before. Elle bemoans her assignment, but cheers herself up by saying that if Claire's ability has not manifested by the next week, she will be reassigned.

Eris Quod Sum

Claire and Sandra return home from Doyle's Marionette Theatre to find the lights flickering. They rush inside to find Lyle almost unconscious, muttering that a "bitch is back." Heading into Noah's study, they find Elle at the computer, electricity crackling over her body. Elle attacks Claire with her ability, but with little effect. They struggle, until Lyle throws a bucket of water over Elle, shocking her. A distressed Elle informs Claire that she can no longer control her ability, and came to the Bennet house looking for help, not knowing where else to turn. Elle shows Claire a business card for the Pinehearst Company, and Claire reveals the same card. The two decide to head to the company's headquarters.

While they travel by plane, Elle's ability continues to activate. The plane begins to crash, until Claire grabs Elle's hand and absorbs the electricity that is released. Once Elle calms down, she snatches her hand back.

At the Pinehearst building, Elle thanks Claire for being kind, and says that it is nice to find a kindred spirit. All of a sudden, Peter falls from the building. The two hurry to help him, and when Peter says that his ability has been stolen, Elle apologizes to Claire and runs inside.

The Eclipse, Part 1

Arthur instructs Sylar to collect Claire, and Elle volunteers to accompany him.

The pair attacks Claire and Noah at Stephen Canfield's house, unaware that the eclipse has stripped them of their powers. Noah subdues Sylar, but during the struggle he loses his gun. Elle retrieves the gun and goes to shoot Noah, but Claire dives in front of the bullet, taking it in the shoulder. An outraged Noah knocks Elle out with a floorboard, and hurries off with Claire.

The Eclipse, Part 2

Elle and Sylar arrive at the Bennet house, holding Sandra hostage and demanding to take Claire. Before any serious damage can be done, however, Hiro arrives and teleports both Sylar and Elle to a secluded beach.

Dual

Claire learns of Elle's death from Sylar.
