Luminescence is the ability to emit bright light from one's body.
Characters

Limits
Howard Grigsby
Howard is able to glow bright enough to be blinding and cause permanent eye damage to Noah Bennet. His glow encompasses his entire body including his clothes, but does not appear to give off any heat.
Dee H
Dee is able to to emit a glow from her body, but to what degree is unknown. She can also create balls of light that hovers around her body.
