Ando's ability is the ability to generate red energy.

- Future Ando is the only character known to have this ability.
Limits
The only example of this ability's use is witnessed by Hiro. The ability has an apparent deadly range of about 3-4 meters. No further details about the power are known.
In a possible future, Ando demonstrated the ability to discharge a powerful point-blank blast which supposedly killed Future Hiro.
