"Bliss and horror" is the term used to describe the ability to induce either positive or negative moods in other people.
Characters
Guillame is the only character known to have this ability.
Limits
Guillame is able to make people feel extreme emotions. He has alternately demonstrated his ability to induce euphoria and "horror." He has the capacity to immobilize and sicken individuals.

- Guillame raises his arms at a campfire to make the people of his village elated. (It Takes a Village, Part 1)
