Characters

Hana Gitelman is the only character known to have this ability.

Limits

Hana appears to be able to "listen" to electronic transmissions with little or no effort. At present, there is no way to tell how strong a signal must be for Hana to detect it.

Hana can transmit signals to electronic receivers. The range at which she can achieve this feat is not known; she has not yet been seen to transmit more than a few meters.

Hana was overwhelmed by the signals she received when she first discovered her ability. Whether signal overload will continue to be a problem for her remains to be seen.

Examples

• While training at a secret facility in Alaska, Hana detects a text message sent to her cell phone before the cell phone receives it. Immediately afterward, she perceives an overwhelming flood of signals that renders her unconcious. (Wireless, Part 2)
• Upon waking, Hana is too weak to speak, but she mentally sends a text message to Mr. Bennet. (Wireless, Part 2)
