A team member manipulates/generates electricity.
Ability to:	Manipulation and/or generation of electrostatic energy.

Electrical manipulation is the ability to create and direct electrical arcs as well as levitate using electromagnetic repulsion.

Characters

• A Homeland Security special agent in a possible future has this ability.
• In the possible future, Peter Petrelli absorbs this ability from the agent.

Examples

• The agent generates an electromagnetic field that allows him to levitate a few inches above the ground. (Walls, Part 1)
• The agent discharges electrical arcs into Peter. (Walls, Part 2)
• Peter mimics uses electrical arcs against the agents. (Walls, Part 2)
