- Future Ando is the only character known to have this ability.
Limits
The only example is witnessed by Hiro as having a deadly range of about 3-4 meters. No further details about the power are known.
In a possible future Ando demonstrated the ability to discharge a powerful point-blank blast which supposedly killed Future Hiro.
Notes
The present-day Ando has never displayed any powers. It is unclear is this ability is natural or artificial.
