Luminescence is the ability to emit visible light from one's body.
Characters
- Howard Grigsby is the only known character to possess this ability.
Limits
Howard is able to glow bright enough to be blinding and cause permanent eye damage to Noah Bennet. His glow encompasses his entire body including his clothes, but does not appear to give off any heat.
