Pyrokinesis is the ability to create fire from one's body or at a distance.
Characters
Meredith Gordon is the only character known to have this ability.
Limits
The extent of Meredith's pyrokinetic powers is unknown. So far, she has only demonstrated the ability to create a small fire from her fingertips. Meredith was not hurt by the fire she created; whether this implies resistance to fire from other sources is unknown.
Examples
- Meredith creates fire from her fingers to light a cigarette. (The Fix)
Notes
- Meredith reportedly died in a fire. It is possible that it was a fire of her own making, and she survived because she was controlling it.
- Could the fire that she created have been her first time using her powers? Claire also survived the fire because of her power.
