Limits
Little is known about this ability, since it was seen only once. The terrorist used this ability right before being killed by Claire.
History
Three years in the future, Claire Bennet attacks a Terrorist cell in Albany, Oregon. As Claire opens fire on the terrorists, she kills a terrorist as they begin to discharge this power.
