Immovability is the ability to remain safely rooted in one place by force of will.

Melvin Crum is the only character known to have this ability.

Limits

Melvin can use his ability to afix himself to the ground in one spot and remain unharmed while standing. He has been able to withstand gunfire, high winds, and the force of a head-on collision of an SUV while still standing unharmed. This protection only lasts as long as he stays in one place, as he is vulnerable once he starts moving somewhere else.

It is unknown if Melvin's ability protects him from mental-based abilities as well.
