Limits
Tom is able to cause objects to disintegrate, making them collapse. He's able to use it in any object in his vicinity. Tom focuses on a target, which begins to tremble, and when he snaps his fingers, the target crumbles (I Am Sylar). Tom was also worried that he would disintegrate Sylar with his ability, suggesting it may work on organic matter.
