Energy manipulation also known as Ergokinesis, is the ability to manipulate energy substances. Users with this ability can create, absorb, and control energy. Users can also create constructs known as Energy constructing.

Basically, some of the users can absorb the energy, preventing them to be attacked.The user might be unable to create energy, being limited to manipulating only from already existing energy sources. Others may be immune to energy which is one of the main weaknesses of users that can manipulate energy.
