Memory theft is the ability to steal one's memories and skills through touch.
Characters
- Miles Lecomte has this ability. (Faction Zero)
Limits
Upon touching someone, Miles can select memories and skills and then steal them for himself, henceforward having the stolen memories as if they were his own and having the stolen skill likewise. Miles can remove all memories and skills from his victims, leaving them like "a blank slate".
