Nathan Petrelli is the only character known to have this ability.
Limits
Although initially Nathan exhibited little control over his ability, he apparently quickly mastered it, as more recent examples show him able to take off swiftly and land with relative ease. Judging from the effects shown in Hiros, Nathan may be able to attain supersonic speeds. If this is true, a side-effect of his abilities may include some protection from temperature extremes (both hot and cold) and the ability to perceive his surroundings while flying at such speeds.
