Future Ando's ability is the ability to generate red energy.
Characters
- Future Ando was the only character known to have this ability, until present Ando injected himself with the Formula.
Limits
The only example of this ability's use is witnessed by Hiro. The ability has an apparent deadly range of about 3-4 meters. The properties of the energy emitted or even the exact nature of this power are still unknown.
In a possible future, Ando demonstrated the ability to discharge a powerful point-blank blast which supposedly killed Future Hiro.
Ando injected himself with the Formula and later, sparks shot from his hand, confirming he has obtained the ability to shoot red lightning. It appears to supercharge others abilities, such as Telepathy and Super speed. When Ando touched Matt, his Telepathy power was increased so much, he could hear every thought in the city. When touching Daphne, she moved so fast she went a few seconds back in time, long enough to witness herself running back in time.

Notes
- The present-day Ando has used this ability by injecting himself with the Formula.
- Ando's ability appears similar in nature to electric manipulation. Whether or not the two abilities are related remains to be seen.
