Rollo Fusor is the only character known to have this ability.

Limits

Rollo Fusor can apparently kill a human by dehydration with this power. The actual limits--such as how long it takes, the range at which it works, and the number of people he can affect at once--are currently unknown.

Notes

• Fusor is described as being able to "suck the life out of his victims." It is unclear whether or not Fusor killed Pizet in this manner or not.
