Ice generation or cryokinesis is the ability to remove heat from matter, reducing its temperature and possibly causing it to freeze.
Characters
Sylar has acquired this ability from an unknown victim.
Limits
Virtually nothing is known about the limits of this power. In Don't Look Back, James Walker was found frozen solid, mid-bite. In Graphic Novel:Road Kill, Sylar managed to freeze an entire highway instantly.
