Blond trafficker's ability allows him to suspend liquids in midair.

- A Blond trafficker is the only known character to have this ability.
Limits
The trafficker is only known to be able to suspend liquids in midair. His eyes and the liquid being manipulated appear to glow blue when he uses his ability.
