Ability supercharging is the ability to amplify other evolved human abilities.
Characters
- Paulette Hawkins naturally had this ability.
- Ando Masahashi was granted this ability synthetically.
Limits
Paulette Hawkins
Paulette had the ability to amplify other evolved human abilities by touch. She activated Lewis's ability against his will, causing him to produce various trees at an astonishing speed (The Kill Squad, Part 3).
It is unknown whether or not Paulette could amplify or affect passive abilities that don't require concentration to be activated, such as omnilingualism or adoptive muscle memory.
Future Ando
In a possible future, Ando demonstrated the ability to discharge a powerful point-blank blast which supposedly killed Future Hiro. It is not entirely clear whether this is the same power that Ando acquires from the formula in the present or, if so, how it is able to harm Hiro.
Ando Masahashi
Ando injected himself with the formula and appeared to shoot red sparks from his hand. He soon determined that these sparks would greatly increase the abilities of other evolved humans, such as telepathy and super speed. When Ando touched Matt, his power was increased to the point where he could hear every thought in the city. When touching Daphne, she moved so fast she went a few seconds back in time, long enough to witness herself running back in time. The two then combine their powers to save Hiro by having Ando super-charge Daphne's powers, allowing the two to run back in time and save Hiro.

...which cover the surrounding area with trees.
(The Kill Squad, Part 3) -
Lewis's plant manipulation is amplified, allowing him to become part of the trees.
