Ability to: Mentally manipulate bones

Osteokinesis is the ability to mentally manipulate the bones of the user. This can be used to thicken and strengthen bones to withstand greater-then-normal physical force, or to make one's bones light enough to the user can withstand falls without harm.

  • Cody Jones is the only person shown to innately have this ability.

Limits

Cody has been shown to use his power to block a blow from a potential attacker with his bare forearm. The only damage done to Cody's arm was a cut and a bruise, when it should have broken his arm. Then, while running from the attacker, he was able to leap a great distance, that spanning a river, by lowering his bone density to that of a bird, and landing softly on the other side. As shown, this power does not protect the user from skin damage, but only from bone damage. It seems this ability is instantly reactive, as Cody had less then a second to react to his attacker. Whether or not Cody can project bones from his body is unknown. This power does not grant the user with any secondary abilities, such as Rapid Cell Regeneration, Flight, Enhanced Strength, or Super Speed, but by maipulating the bones, the user can gain slightly enhanced strength or speed, but not the the extent of Daphne or Knox and [Niki]].
