Oil secretion is the ability to secrete crude oil from one's hands.
Characters
- Howie Kaplan is the only character known to have this ability. (Hanging By a Thread)
Limits
Howie Kaplan used this ability to throw oil at Rachel Mills and cause her to slip. He also seems to unknowingly ooze oil when in states of agitation, such as when his life was endangered.

Notes
