Oil emission is the ability to secrete oil from one's hands.
Characters
- Howie Kaplan is the only character known to have this ability.
Limits
Howie Kaplan used this ability to throw oil at Rachel Mills and cause her to slip. He also seems to unknowingly ooze oil when in states of agitation, such as when his life was endangered.
