Dehydration is the ability to remove the water contained in objects or people by force of will.

Characters

Rollo Fusor's accomplice is the only character known to have this ability.

Limits

According to Haram's journal, the ability is to dehydrate anything touched, including people. However, in Golden Handshake, Part 2, Claude receives information from the Company that the power may be limited to affecting organic matter. Other limits--such as how long it takes and the number of people or objects he can affect at once--are currently unknown.

• Fusor is described as being able to "suck the life out of his victims." Rollo Fusor's accomplice may have killed Pizet in this manner.
