Tar emission is the ability to emit tar from one's hands.
Characters
- Howie Kaplan is the only character known to have this ability.
Limits
Howie Kaplan used this ability to throw tar at Rachel Mills and cause her to slip. He also seems to unknowingly secrete tar when in states of agitation, such as when his life was endangered.
