Oil emission is the ability to emit oil from one's hands.

Characters

• Howie Kaplan is the only character known to have this ability.

Limits

Howie Kaplan used this ability to throw oil at Rachel Mills and cause her to slip. He also seems to unknowingly emit oil when in states of agitation, such as when his life was endangered.

• In an email, Jim Martin referred to Howie's ability saying, "It was intended to be crude oil--like an unrefined type of slick viscous lubricant that may (though it remains to be seen) serve as an alternate energy source."
